Mandela Day 2024 – Make a Difference Campaign!

- Bring: Yourself and a friend!
Please come and join us at our lovely premises in Somerset West, making up much needed ‘care-packs’ for our patients. Care-packs are made up of toiletry items they may not have, eg, toothbrush, toothpaste, facecloth, soap, roll-on, etc. They are decorated and handed out to patients on arrival, to welcome them into the 24-hour Support Care Centre.
What We Expect From You:
- Donate an item or two to make up the packs – drop off on the day, or at any time that is convenient for you
- Spend 67 minutes packing care packs
- Spend 67 minutes decorating care packs
What You Can Expect From Us:
- A warm welcome
- A friendly, homely environment
- A tour of our facilities (if you would like one)
- All materials will be provided
- Drinks and snacks will be provided
- Sharing of the day on social media and in local newspapers (if you are willing)
