How the Change Makers Club Works
Joining the Change Makers Club is easy! Your generous contribution of R50 will ensure that you are entered into the lucky draw for the next month. All proceeds from tickets sold will help our patients receive the personalized palliative care they need.

- Visit Our Website – Go to our Change Makers Club shop page on the Helderberg Hospice website – PURCHASE YOUR TICKET – or add a ticket to your cart below.
- Shop Now – Simply select the number of tickets you wish to buy and complete your purchase.
- Confirmation – Once your sign-up and payment are confirmed, you will receive a welcome email with all the details of your membership and your entry into the monthly prize draw.
EFT / DEBIT ORDER PURCHASES – GET YOUR LUCKY TICKETS EVERY MONTH!
- Visit Our Website – Go to the Change Makers Club page on the Helderberg Hospice website.
- Register Your Interest – Click on the “Become a Change Maker” button below and complete your information. You will be prompted to provide your personal details and ticket information.
- Confirmation – Once you have completed the form, a Change Makers club representative will contact you to complete your purchase with your chosen method of payment. You will then receive a welcome email with all of the details of your membership and your entry into the monthly prize draw.

Terms and Conditions
- Prizes are allocated on a lucky draw basis each month.
- The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Winners will be notified.
- As the draw is under the supervision of independent auditors, Helderberg Hospice, staff and volunteers are welcome to join.
- Prize Draws are conducted live and all winners will be notified via email and announced on our website and social media platforms.
- Additional tickets can be purchased through our e-commerce platform. Ticket purchases are non-refundable and must be completed before the monthly draw date to be eligible for that month’s prizes.
- Accepted payment methods include debit order, credit card, EFT and Payfast. Members are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is up to date.
- Members may cancel their annual membership at any time after the initial 12-month commitment. To cancel, please contact our support team via 021 852 4608 or admin@helderberghospice.org.za.
- All personal information provided by members will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of managing the Change Makers Club.
