Joining the Change Makers Club is easy! By purchasing this ticket you will be entered into the OCTOBER 2024 Change Makers Club draw.

  • Step One: Select the number of tickets you wish to buy and complete your purchase.
  • Step Two: Once your sign-up and payment are confirmed, you will receive a welcome email with all the details of your membership and your entry into the OCTOBER 2024 monthly prize draw.

All proceeds from tickets sold will help our patients receive the personalized palliative care they need.
