Helderberg Hospice Aerobatic Flight Experience Raffle Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• Participation in this raffle is open to individuals aged 18 years and older.
• Employees and immediate family members of Helderberg Hospice are not eligible to enter.

2. Prize:

• The prize is an aerobatic flight experience.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

3. Participation:

• Tickets are sold at R200 each, and all proceeds will support the palliative care provided by Helderberg Hospice.
• Tickets are available via Helderberg Hospice website.

4. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected via a random draw.
• The draw will take place on 27 June 2025 at Helderberg Hospice, 21 Old Stellenbosch Road, Somerset West.
• Helderberg Hospice reserves the right to delay the draw until a minimum of 50% (100) of the tickets are sold.

5. Notification of Winners:

• Winners will be contacted via phone or email using the details provided at the time of ticket purchase.
• If a winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days of the draw date, a redraw will take place, and a new winner will be selected.

6. Announcement of Winners:

• The name of the winner will be announced on Helderberg Hospice’s social media platforms and website.

7. Conditions for Claiming the Prize:

• The winner will be required to sign an indemnity form before participating in the aerobatic flight experience.
• The winner and pilot will be required to schedule the date and time of the flight with each other to suit both parties.
• The aerobatic flight experience is undertaken at the winner’s own risk, and Helderberg Hospice accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.

8. General:

• By entering the raffle, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
• Helderberg Hospice reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions if deemed necessary, and any changes will be communicated via the website.
