Volunteer Administrator

 

Helderberg Hospice has a vacancy for an assisitant to the Volunteer Manager , working two days a week every Tuesday and Wednesday from 8h00 – 16h00 commencing 1st September 2020.

 

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Computor literate, proficient in Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Experience of general office work is essential and the ability to multitask an advantage

COMPETENCY PROFILE

  • Communication skills (Verbal & written) in English and Afrikaans preferable
  • Data base of + 250 Volunteers – need to communicate with Volunteers and staff  in a friendly and professional manner
  • Planning and Organisational skills necessary
  • Must be able to communicate with all members of the community
